1. What you send us
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the form on the contact page and choose to send: your name, your phone number, an email address and a town if you give them, the kind of work you need, and your message.
If you call instead, we have what you tell us and what your phone service passes along, such as the number you are calling from.
2. What happens to a form submission
When you press send, the form is checked for spam and then delivered to us as an email. The website itself does not keep a copy: there is no customer database behind this site. We use what you sent to call you back, understand the job, arrange a visit and keep ordinary business records of the work.
3. Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells automated submissions apart from real ones. To do that it looks at limited technical signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address. It is a security check, not an advertising tool. 4. Analytics and advertising
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies at this time. There is no visitor tracking script, no advertising pixel and no remarketing. If that ever changes, this page will be updated when it does.
5. Hosting and technical records
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes ordinary technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is strictly needed for that security work. The fonts on this site are served from the site itself, not from a third party.
6. Who else sees your information
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, runs the spam check and delivers the form email.
- The email provider for the inbox that receives the form.
- Anyone we are legally required to give it to, such as in response to a valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact details.
7. How long we keep it
Form emails and job records are kept as long as they are needed to serve you and to keep proper business records. Ask us to delete a request you sent and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
8. Children
This site is meant for adults arranging plumbing work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If what this site collects or who handles it changes, this page will be updated and the effective date at the top will change with it.
